Fast U.S. shipping on every order — typically delivered in 3–5 business days.
Shipping Costs — We charge a base rate of $7.99 for a single item. If you buy 2 or more items, the shipping cost drops to $6.99 per pair (e.g. 2 items ship for $6.99 total, 3 or 4 items ship for $13.98 total).
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Novastile purchase. We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with their original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our support team with your order number and the items you'd like to return or exchange.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and reply with return instructions, including the correct return address.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange and send you a confirmation email.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
